February 28 was the final junior blasters of the season capped off with a bbq and the presentation of their certificate & own engraved mini bat to take home (an awesome memento organised by Evan Sheekey and funded by the ‘Past Players’, they look fantastic!)
Well done to the 11 kids who participated, building their skills week in week out with smiles on their faces. We hope to see you back next year either with Blasters again or progressing to Junior Cricket based on age.
Huge Thanks to Evan for getting the program up and running. Without him, this wouldn’t have happened. Another big thanks to A-Grader’s Andrew Philip & Callum Grant who helped Evan run the sessions every week.
And to all the parents who brought their kids. We hope you & your kids enjoyed it enough to spread the word via your networking to build this program to be even bigger and better in future years.
