The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce A grade player Ash Savige as the U16’s coach for season 2022/23. Ash along with a number of current and ex players assisting with helping nurture our young cricketers and prepare them to become future senior players.
The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce ex A grade player Paul Cake as the U14’s coach for season 2022/23. Paul has a wealth of experience and is the ideal coach for this age group, along with Scottish import Callum Grant who will help Paul with the development of our U14 team.
The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce A grade player Clinton Taylor as the U12’s coach for season 2022/23. Clinton’s experience coaching at this age level in football will transfer over to the cricket arena and help to develop our young cricketers in a fun environment. Clinton will also have Scottish import Callum Grant helping him throughout the year.

The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce 2020/21 C Grade Premiership Player Shannon Murphy will Captain the Premier C Grade team for season 2022/23. Shannon will be supported by experienced heads such as Nick Reed and last year’s C Grade skippers Ben Jackson (C Grade) & Chris De Vent (Premier C Grade) when they are available and in the side.
The club would like to thank and acknowledge the work of both Ben & Chris as captains in prior campaigns and look forward to them continuing their playing careers with the Lions.
The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce last year’s A grade captain Patrick Spiteri will Captain the Premier B grade team for season 2022/23. Pat along with last season’s captain Mark Micallef hope to help nurture some of the club’s up and coming young cricketers and prepare them to become future A grade cricketers.
The Moe Cricket Club are happy to announce Batsman / Wicket Keeper Noah Kane the new Premier A grade Captain for season 2022/23. Noah has many years of A grade cricket experience and the club now feels it to be the right time to promote Noah to the position of the club’s Premier A Grade captaincy. Although outgoing A grade captain Patrick Spiteri has stepped down as captain he will remain on as Club Coach.
