Thankyou to those who attended our Christmas Event on Saturday Night. Despite a late announcement, the event was well attended. Thanks to those who had a hand in organising.

XMAS RAFFLE
Thanks to those who purchased tickets including visiting opposition players who did quite well, drawn 4 times in 11 prizes (Kenny Dron from Thorpdale kindly donated his win back to be redrawn after his single ticket had be drawn out). Jordy Campbell from Morwell & Daniel Taylor (x2) from Thorpdale won prizes. Nathan Henry from our juniors took home $50 on behalf of his father’s ticket. Unsure how successful he was at retaining the cash with his claim it was his winnings when he got home! Troy Oakley had a successful night taking home 3 prizes (a slab, a meat tray and $50, a pretty good combo).
PLAYERS DRAW
Had to play on the day and be in attendance and junior Nathan drew out……… Blunty’s name to win the $100 cash (to go with a $50 win in the raffle earlier. Like Troy, the night panned out pretty well.

The Moe Cricket Club is holding its Presentation Night for the 2024/25 season on Friday, April 4th, starting at 6:30 PM at Turfside Function Centre Moe.
All players, partners, life members, sponsors, and supporters are welcome to join us for an evening celebrating the past season.

Barrel’s Pyjama Party so get out your PJ’s and bring something to drink out of. No glasses, No Mugs or Cups allowed, so get creative !!!!
There will be prizes for best dressed and most creative drinking vessel.

Moe Cricket Club recently held its first Pink Ribbon Ladies Day to raise funds for the Jane McGrath Foundation.
A wonderful afternoon was spent playing games, dinking bubbles and sharing a light lunch (whilst the A grade team did their thing on the pitch). The event was strongly supported by many local businesses that provided goods and services for raffles and the day raised an impressive $1100 for the cause.
Moe Cricket Club look forward to running this day again next year and are confident it will be bigger and better than ever. Look out for next years invite.
Moe Cricket Club invites all 2023/24 sponsors, life members and current & past affiliates to our sponsors day & Golden Lion Night event.
*Our First XI will be playing Toongabbie on Ted Summerton Reserve. We will have the bar open upstairs for sponsors and supporters from the early afternoon (approx 1-2pm) with the downstairs bar open prior to that.
*The Golden Lion Night portion invites all 2023/24 sponsors, Golden Lion social members & club Life Members to a free drinks package from 7-9pm. Beer, wine, cider & soft drinks provided free during this time along with heavily reduced prices on spirits & mixed drinks. (Drinks at bar prices for everyone else).
*Golden Lion Social Members ($50, includes the drinks package on Feb 10) are entered into the $500 Golden Lion Prize Draw.
The Moe Cricket Club will be holding its season launch Saturday 28th October @ 7pm, upstairs in the social rooms Ted Summerton Reserve Moe. We would like to invite all players, families, life members, supporters, past players and our sponsors along to help kickstart the 2023/24 season.
Following the final home & away games for the season, the Mystery Bus Trip will depart from 7pm leaving Ted Summerton Reserve.

Moe Cricket Club invites all current & life members, past players, sponsors, supporters & extended Lions family to celebrate the end of a hopefully successful season.
Presentation will take place on Friday 31st March at 7pm at Hillside, Moe Racing Club on Waterloo Rd, Moe. Cost will be $25 per person but free for life members & sponsors.
