Milestone: 5000 1st XI Runs-
With his 30th 1st Grade half century, 2 short of a 6th century, Rob Phoenix ticked over 5000 1st XI runs, on top of surpassing 5000 club runs this same season.
Anyone who knows Rob, knows that the true first Grade run tally is much higher with I believe approx 3000-3500 runs also in his stint at Mirboo North.
In Saturday’s knock of 98, he also surpassed Lindsay George to move into 4th all time in club 1st XI runs.
A superb career notched with another accolade.
